Shipping Policy
At 1COID we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of purchase. Once dispatched, standard delivery across India typically takes 5–7 working days depending on the destination and courier partner. During peak seasons or unforeseen courier delays, delivery may take slightly longer, and we will keep you informed.

You will receive an order confirmation and a shipment notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. We ship through trusted courier partners and pack every item securely in protective packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@1coid.com. Cancellations can only be accepted if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return & Replacement Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and supporting photos or videos. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund, depending on stock availability and your preference.

For change-of-mind returns, items may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Return shipping costs for such cases may apply and will be communicated during the return process. Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. The exact time for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
